96K Matrimony is an exclusive platform for the 96 Kuli Maratha community. These rules exist to ensure every member has a safe, respectful, and genuine matrimonial experience. Violation of any rule may result in immediate account suspension.
1Who Can Register
- Registration is open exclusively to members of the 96 Kuli Maratha community. Profiles found to belong to outside communities will be removed without notice.
- You must be at least 18 years old (female) or 21 years old (male) to register, in accordance with Indian law.
- Individuals who are currently married and have not obtained a legal separation or divorce are not permitted to register.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
- Profiles may be created by the individual, a parent, sibling, or close relative on behalf of the bride or groom — but the person on whose behalf the profile is made must be aware and consenting.
2Profile Information Must Be Truthful
- All information submitted during registration — including name, date of birth, education, occupation, income, marital status, and caste sub-group — must be accurate and truthful.
- Uploading a recent, clear photograph of yourself is mandatory. Profiles without photos receive significantly lower visibility.
- You must not upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or images that are obscene, edited beyond recognition, or otherwise misleading.
- Contact details such as phone numbers or email addresses must not be entered in free-text profile fields (e.g., About Me, Occupation). These are shared only through the dedicated contact-sharing feature.
- Members providing false information bear full personal responsibility for any consequences and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
3Profile Approval & Visibility
- All newly created profiles are reviewed by our team before being made visible to other members. This process typically takes 24–48 hours.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile that does not meet our community standards, without providing a reason.
- An approved profile does not constitute an endorsement of the member's character, background, or suitability for marriage.
- Profiles that remain incomplete for more than 30 days may be hidden from search results until the member completes them.
4Contacting Other Members
- Contact details of other members (phone number, email) are accessible only to Premium subscribers. Free members can only browse profiles — sending interests and messaging require a Premium plan.
- All communication through the platform must be respectful, genuine, and related to matrimonial interest only.
- Do not use the messaging or interest features to solicit money, gifts, business deals, or any non-matrimonial arrangement.
- Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate messages will result in immediate account termination.
- Do not share your bank account details, OTPs, or passwords with any member through this platform under any circumstances.
5Member Verification Responsibility
⚠️ Important: 96K Matrimony facilitates introductions but does not independently verify every piece of information on member profiles. It is your responsibility to verify a prospective match before proceeding further.
- Before meeting a prospective match in person, independently verify their employment, family background, education, and identity through personal references, employer confirmation, or other means.
- We strongly recommend that first meetings happen in a public place with a family member present.
- Do not transfer money or make financial commitments to any member or third party based solely on information shown on this platform.
- If you suspect a profile is fraudulent or you have been approached for money, report it immediately by emailing info@96kmatrimony.com.
6No Guarantee of Marriage
- 96K Matrimony provides a platform for introductions between eligible members. We do not guarantee that registration will result in a marriage or a successful match.
- Compatibility, family approval, and the final decision to marry rest entirely with the individuals and their families.
- Subscription fees are charged for access to platform features and are not refundable on the basis of an unsuccessful match.
7After Your Match Is Finalised
- Once a marriage is finalised through a connection made on this platform, please inform us by updating your profile status or emailing info@96kmatrimony.com.
- We will deactivate your profile promptly so that other members are not misled.
- Your success story helps the community — with your permission, we may feature it (without any personal contact details) on our platform.
- We charge no additional fees upon a successful match.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Creating a profile for someone without their knowledge or consent.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
- Sharing other members' personal information (photos, phone numbers, addresses) outside this platform.
- Using the platform for commercial promotions, advertising, or solicitation of any kind.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data from the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
- Approaching members under the guise of matrimony while intending to commit fraud.
9Account Deletion
- To delete your account, email us at info@96kmatrimony.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 48 hours.
- Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from search results immediately. Some data may be retained for legal compliance as described in our Privacy Policy.
- If your account is suspended due to a rule violation, you will not be eligible to create a new account on this platform.
- Paid subscriptions are not refunded upon voluntary account deletion.
10Reporting Violations
Help us keep the community safe. If you encounter any of the following, please report immediately:
- Fake or suspicious profiles
- Members requesting money or financial assistance
- Abusive or threatening communications
- Any behaviour that feels unsafe or dishonest
